~ We Pick the Cuts, but if you have any requests we will do our best to accommodate.

~ We will send you an Email asking which "Extra Processing" Items you would like to add to your order.
~ You will take home Approx 110 +/- Pounds of Meat
~ Offals NOT Included
~ Bulk Bones NOT Available.
All Meat will be wrapped in Butcher Paper, except for your Ground Beef, and any "Extra Processed" items such as Jerky or Pepperoni.
All of the Steaks will be cut at 1 1/4" Thick.
All Roasts will be cut 3-4 Pounds unless otherwise requested, and then we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
A Quarter Beef will fill approx. a 3 cubic feet Fridge Freezer. A good rule of thumb is approx 1 cubic foot of freezer space for every 35-40 Pounds of Packaged Meat.
